1-3 June 2017, NAEC Stoneleigh, Warkwickshire
10am-5pm Thursday & Friday. 10am-4pm Saturday

Early in 2017 we are holding practical events across the UK to support disabled people who are considering travelling by air.
The day is suitable for individual travellers and parents of disabled children who are considering flying together with health care and support professionals who want to guide their service users.

Thinking of Flying?

We are presenting short sessions on both Friday and Saturday when we will guide you through the whole journey by air, from booking to arrival at your destination to reduce stress and help make your journey comfortable. A replica aircraft cabin will be available for you to see and try seating and transfer equipment.
Our 45 minute talks cover; booking, insurance, safe carriage of your wheelchair, being fit to fly & medicines, hiring equipment abroad, check in & security, boarding the aircraft, managing challenging behaviours, aircraft seating, airport facilities, hidden disabilities & using the toilet.
